According to the Implementation Rules for Gradient Cultivation Management of High Quality Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Shanghai (Shanghai Economic and Information Standards [2022] No. 8), after expert evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, Maxinovel has been successfully selected as the second batch of "Specialising in ultra new" and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai in 2022.

Specialized and New Enterprise

Specialized and New Enterprise refer to enterprises with specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative development characteristics, proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China.

Therefore, this evaluation is not only a recognition of the high-level professional research and development capabilities, technological innovation attributes that adhere to independent innovation, and strong patent achievements of Maxinovel, but also a strong affirmation of Maxinovel's investment in professional sub fields, industry influence, and company talent structure.

In addition, the government will also provide relevant policy incentives to approved enterprises, aiming to create more favorable development conditions for them.
